SUMMARY

We do not collect or store your personal data on company servers. By default, your data stays on your devices.

1. INTRODUCTION

Pablo Offline AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Pablo Desktop (Windows) and Pablo Mobile (Android) handle your information.

Our core principle: we do not collect your personal data on company servers.

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

Unlike cloud-based AI services, we do NOT collect:

Your conversations with the AI
Your queries or prompts
AI-generated responses
Personal information (name, email, location)
Usage analytics or telemetry
Device identifiers
IP addresses
Browsing history
Contacts, photos, or files
Your personal data on company-operated cloud servers

We do not operate cloud services that store your personal content. We do not maintain a user database containing your conversations or prompts.

3. HOW THE SOFTWARE WORKS

3.1 Pablo Desktop (Windows)

Pablo Desktop runs on your Windows PC. AI models and inference run on that PC. Chat, optional smart home control, optional briefings (news, weather, calendar), and local knowledge data are handled there. You can use many features without sending conversation content to Pablo Offline AI LLC; we do not host your AI in our cloud.

3.2 Pablo Mobile (Android)

Pablo Mobile is a companion app. It connects over your own network (for example home Wi-Fi or an optional VPN such as Tailscale) to Pablo Desktop’s API on your PC. When you use chat or briefings through Pablo Mobile, requests go to your Pablo Desktop instance, not to our company servers. If Pablo Desktop is unavailable, some screens may show limited or offline behavior by design.

Pablo Mobile does not run the full desktop AI stack on the phone; the PC is the primary runtime for the model when you use connected features.

3.3 Local Data Storage

Data is stored on your devices:

Pablo Desktop: By default, files live under %LocalAppData%\PabloEnterprise\ (that folder name is created by the Windows installer and registry entry; you may choose a different data location in Pablo Desktop settings).
Pablo Mobile: Settings, license data, and app state in Android app–private storage (see Google Play billing section for purchase-related items).

Depending on how you use the products, local data may include:

Conversation history and related memory (on the PC, when enabled)
App and API settings
Downloaded AI models and backends (Pablo Desktop)
Knowledge database files (Pablo Desktop)

We do not copy this content to company-operated servers as part of normal operation. Optional features may cause your devices or third-party services you enable to exchange data as described below.

4. OPTIONAL FEATURES THAT MAY USE NETWORK

Some optional features require network connectivity between your devices and/or third parties you configure:

4.1 Model and Backend Downloads (Pablo Desktop)

When you download AI models or related components, Pablo Desktop may connect to hosts such as:

Hugging Face (huggingface.co) or other sources you choose

Those requests are standard downloads; they do not send your chat history to Pablo Offline AI LLC.

4.2 Device-to-Device Access (Optional)

If you use a VPN (for example Tailscale) so Pablo Mobile can reach Pablo Desktop remotely:

The VPN provider handles tunneling according to their terms
Traffic stays between your devices on your setup; it is not routed through our company servers for AI

4.3 News and Weather (Optional)

If you use briefing-style news or weather:

Pablo Desktop may fetch RSS or similar feeds and, when you provide an API key, weather data from a provider such as OpenWeatherMap
Pablo Mobile typically retrieves briefing data from your Pablo Desktop API over your connection; the desktop is what usually contacts third-party news or weather endpoints
Pablo Mobile does not use GPS for automatic location in this product flow. Location or coordinates you enter for weather are used to request forecasts from the weather provider you configured; Pablo Offline AI LLC does not receive that data as an intermediary

4.4 Google Calendar (Optional)

If you connect Google Calendar (from Pablo Mobile, Pablo Desktop, or both, depending on your setup):

Access uses Google’s documented scopes (for example read-only calendar access where applicable)
Event information is used to show briefings and context and is stored under your local Pablo Desktop data (and as needed for the app flow on your devices), not on our company servers
Calendar content is not sold or used for advertising by us
You can revoke Google access via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

5. WHAT WE CANNOT DO

Because we do not operate a cloud service that holds your conversations:

We cannot read your conversations from our servers
We cannot see what you ask the AI on our servers
We cannot remotely access files on your devices
We do not run ad/analytics tracking systems for your in-app activity
We cannot sell your data (we don't have it)
We cannot respond to law enforcement requests for your data (we don't have it)
We cannot recover your data if you lose it

6. GOOGLE PLAY BILLING (Pablo Mobile)

If you purchase Pablo Mobile through Google Play:

Google processes the payment
The app may store a purchase token and derived license information only on your Android device (for example in encrypted app storage) to unlock functionality
We do not receive your name, email, or full payment card details from that purchase in the app flow described here

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Pablo Desktop and Pablo Mobile are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

8. DATA SECURITY

8.1 Your Responsibility

Because your primary AI data and history stay under your control (typically on the PC running Pablo Desktop), you are responsible for:

Securing your device with passwords/biometrics
Backing up your data
Protecting your device from malware
Physical security of your device

8.2 Our Approach

We minimize security risks by:

Not hosting your chat content on company servers
Keeping model inference on your own Windows PC when you use local models with Pablo Desktop (Pablo Mobile forwards to your desktop when connected)
Not requiring a Pablo account or login for core use
Not operating a central cloud archive of your conversations

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

9.1 Company Retention

We do not retain your conversation content on company servers because we do not collect it there.

9.2 Local Data Deletion

To delete data stored locally on your device:

Pablo Desktop (Windows):

Uninstall Pablo Desktop using Windows Settings or the installer
Remove remaining data if needed: default folder %LocalAppData%\PabloEnterprise\, or the custom data path you set in Pablo Desktop (see Windows Registry HKCU\SOFTWARE\PabloEnterprise\DataPath if you changed it)

Pablo Mobile (Android):

Uninstall Pablo Mobile
Android removes app-private data for that app

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Because we do not collect your personal data on company servers:

Right to Access: There's nothing to access
Right to Deletion: There's nothing to delete on our end
Right to Portability: Your data is already on your device
Right to Opt-Out: There's nothing to opt out of

For data stored locally on your device, you have full control.

11.2 Third-Party AI Models

14. GOOGLE API SERVICES COMPLIANCE

Our use of information received from Google APIs (for example Google Calendar, when you connect it) adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer that Google user data to other third parties for their independent use, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI or ML models.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
